Independent Contractor Final Rule Released. You may have heard that the Department of Labor (DOL) has published a final rule regarding the independent contractor classification that will take effect March 11. This rule has somewhat codified definitions and restrictions that were already effectively being used in audit and investigation.

Learn Online with ASU SBDC

ASU SBDC offers a variety of online learning options that feature lessons and resources hosted by the ASU SBDC and our partners. 

Small Business Management Certificate Program

Starting a new business is an overwhelming challenge. The ASU-SBDC developed the Small Business Management Certificate Program to help meet the needs of aspiring small business owners. The program will help participants build essential business skills and knowledge on how to run a successful business. Once you complete the requirements, you will receive your SBMCP certificate.

Funded in part through the 德克萨斯州 and a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business 政府. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities or limited English proficiency will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
